The club has regular bike sessions throughout the year and we also have regular time trials to test your fitness and hone your race skills.
Our main bike session is on a Saturday morning, meeting at Monkton Cross at 9.30am. This is a steady bike run for of 20+ miles (depending on the weather and time of year). You should arrive with a well maintained bike/helmet and tools/spares that may be needed.
We also have sessions during the spring/summer/autumn months and these will be listed in due course.
